Joe Newman is the author of Raising Lions - a guide on parenting strong-willed children today. 

I fell in love with the book at the first paragraph, if not the first sentence. In an era where parenting is advertised as martyrdom and bowing to children's every demand, Raising Lions breathes a breath of needed fresh air into the room for parents.

Our conversation covers topics of how Joe got into this line of work, his advice on keeping sanity through all of this, as well as talking about his personal experiences being a parent himself.
